This career coaching service is designed for both career and retirement planning. The initial introduction of the program includes about 100 questions that focus on key enablers and drivers in order to customize and focus coaching to the individual. The information that is gathered is based on one’s current and desired commitments. The CareerTwo program is designed to create an integrated thought process that results in a plan that promotes career opportunity and wellbeing. Our commitment is to your success.

Founder and CEO of CareerTwo, Vaughan Limbrick, M.S., is a faculty member in the Johns Hopkins University graduate program in Organization Development. She specializes in change interventions for individuals and organizations in downward performance trends, in need of vision renewal, career recommitment, and other aspects of “comebacks”.
